Fillable Membership Application

Below is the link to the 2026 Membership Application/Renewal form.  

Please fill it out, sign it, print it and return with your dues. Dues are $30 for a single member or $40 for a couple.  

Once you complete and sign the form, you can email it to Angie Jones, Membership Director (adjones61@gmail.com) Payment options are outlined on the application form.

Other options include bringing the completed signed form and a check or cash to a meeting or event and giving them to one of the Club Officers (see https://wwmaf.com/about-us-%26-officers).  They will forward your form and payment to the Membership Director. 

Your membership will be acknowledged by an email from the Membership Director, with an invitation to join the "Members Only" Facebook page as quickly as possible.
